Your bathroom items are usually dispatched the same or next day and are delivered via an insured service within 2-5 business days.

In some cases (usually in the North of England), we will deliver your items on our own fleet of vans.

You will be contacted before delivery to arrange a suitable delivery time and date.

We recommend that contractors or bathroom fitters are not booked in until you have received and inspected your items.

Smaller items are usually sent via UK Mail. We will contact you before dispatch to book in a suitable delivery day and we will arrange accordingly.

Areas outside of mainland UK including the Scottish Highlands may incur an extra charge. We will always try our best to subsidise any additional costs to these areas.

Refunds and returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


You have 14 calendar days to return an item starting from the day after you received it

To be eligible for a return, your item

  • must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You will pay for the cost of returning the item to us.

We understand that returning large bathroom equipment can be tricky. If preferred, we will arrange the collection of large bathroom items at a charge of £25 + vat (£30 inc. vat). This amount will be deducted from your refund amount.


Refunds will be issued within 7 calendar days of receiving the items in an acceptable condition at our warehouse.

Refunds will be issued to the same payment card originally used to place the order.

Faulty items

If you believe your item to be faulty, we will happily replace it as quickly as possible.

If you decide not for the item to be replaced, we will collect it (free of charge) and refund the full amount paid.
